Lunoxa provides digital tools and resources for personal and educational use only. Our tools do not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Users are responsible for how they apply the results generated by Lunoxa tools.

2. Digital Purchases & Licensing

When you purchase a digital product from Lunoxa, you receive a non-exclusive, non- transferable license for personal use. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the files—whether modified or unmodified—is strictly prohibited. This includes Excel files, spreadsheets, calculators, and related digital materials.

Lunoxa may update or improve tools over time. Access to updates is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

3. Payments & Delivery

Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms (such as Gumroad or similar providers). Lunoxa does not receive or store payment information. After purchase, digital files are delivered automatically via the platform used for checkout.

4. Refunds

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, tools, formulas, illustrations, and materials on ShopLunoxa.com are the property of Lunoxa under the Meridian Project. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution is prohibited.

Lunoxa is not liable for any losses, decisions, or outcomes resulting from the use of our tools, insights, or data. Our tools are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy or suitability for any specific purpose.

If Lunoxa tools (including those within future Insights or Data projects) process usage metrics, such information is anonymous and non-identifiable. No personal data is collected or stored through tool usage.
